Borrowing the title from the short-lived journal founded by Henry Kissinger, this blog will add periodic thoughts, updates on our project, and of course links to and mentions of items of interest. Our aim here is also to expound on the bridging the gap problem in the scholarly world of international relations (from the former practitioner view).
